Terms and conditions

Refunds and Returns

* Refunds are offered for unwanted goods only, unless in exceptional circumstances and with irrefutable evidence of an unlikely product fault. 


* Any unwanted goods must be returned within 10 days and with order number included. 


* All items must be returned in a manner which is fit for resale and must remain in original packaging with stickers, tags and bags included. If there is any evidence of tampering, damage or foul play, no return or refund will be accepted. You will then be liable for the cost of the item being returned to sender. 


* A returns request can take 7-14 days to complete and once a return is accepted, and goods have been returned to us, a refund will be issued. We always aim to deal with any requests as quickly and efficiently as possible but any complex issues can take time to resolve. In the case of ‘wrong shades‘ this will of course be tended to immediately. 


Returns of Faulty or Damaged Products

* Boujee Bonds are a well established business and to date have never received any negative feedback regarding any of our products and we have an exceptionally high level of confidence in the items we sell. All of our products undergo a final quality assurance check  before being shipped to customers. Every bond. tip, weft and strand are carefully and thoroughly inspected so the likelihood of a production fault are little to none. However, if in the event a fault has been missed or a product was damaged in transit, it is without any doubt a full refund would be issued.  


* In cases of suspected foul play or a case where a full and thorough investigation is required, we aim to complete our investigation within 14 days. 


* For a return to be accepted in any case, including 'wrong shades' the buyer must not remove the sticker or the hair from the packaging. If there is any evidence hair extensions have been used, removed or deliberately/maliciously damaged they will be returned to the buyer at the buyers expense. 


* Returns in the case of 'wrong shades' please email us on the email address listed below and we will arrange this as soon as possible. 


* Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please ensure to take photographs and videos of any issues as soon as possible and email them to returns@boujeebonds.com

Shipping

* Shipping can take 7-12 days but is not limited to the time stated. We ask that you give 3 weeks after placing an order before making any appointments, this is to make way for any sudden delays. Whilst this is not a common occurrence, deliveries from overseas may at times be delayed.


* Boujee Bonds will not be held liable for any costs incurred for missed appointments or loss of earnings as a result of a late delivery.

* All points of contact are to be made via email only, especially those regarding complex issues such as orders, and delivery. This protects both customer and business and is in place for the protection of all involved.

* At Boujee Bonds, our customers are prioritised above all else in our business. You truly are very important to us and we want to ensure we create a safe environment where customers feel valued and comfortable enough to approach us with any issue they may have. If an issue does arise for any reason, please don‘t wait to tell us. Please come forward as soon as possible so we can provide a resolution.
